By accessing and using the THE KHALIS website and placing orders, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Products
All products sold by THE KHALIS are premium stone-ground spices. We guarantee that our products are 100% pure with zero additives, fillers, or preservatives.
3. Ordering
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You are located in our delivery area (Bahawalpur)
4. Payment
We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD).You will pay when your order is delivered.
5. Delivery
Currently, we only deliver within Bahawalpur, Punjab. A delivery fee of Rs. 150 applies to all orders. Typical delivery time is 24-48 hours after order confirmation.
6. Returns & Refunds
We stand behind our products with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our spices, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
7. Product Quality
All our spices are freshly ground within 48 hours of your order. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place and using within 6 months for optimal freshness.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE KHALIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
